I'll be honest with you...This isn't the home that wins people over the moment they walk in

I'll be honest with you... Every time I get a request to show this floating home, I feel a little conflicted. This isn't one of those homes that sells itself. It doesn't have great curb appeal. The interior isn't especially warm or inviting. It needs work. And until recently, I also thought it was overpriced. But something has changed. The price has just dropped to $700,000. For comparison, the last one-storey floating home I sold went for $650,000. This is a two-storey home. Suddenly, the conversation isn't about whether it's perfect. It's about potential.
Will it take vision? Absolutely. Not because it needs major renovations—but because it needs someone who can see beyond the furniture and decor. With the right styling and a fresh design eye, this home could be completely transformed.
And who says it has to be your full-time home? It could make an incredible waterfront office, artist's studio, wellness space, or even a boutique spa or massage practice (subject to marina rules and any applicable approvals). The best homes aren't always the ones with the best first impression. They're the ones that become extraordinary in the right hands.
Take a look at the listing.
If you can see potential where others see a project, I'd love to show it to you.
